As we scale our platform and product offerings, we are seeking a Product Manager to play a critical role in leading both product strategy and project delivery.

Your mission
As Paynovate continues its growth trajectory, we’re on a mission to become the partner of choice in the payments industry. To support this, we’re hiring a driven and results-oriented Account Executive who will play a key role in expanding our client base and nurturing strategic relationships.

You will be responsible for both acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts by deeply understanding their needs and aligning them with Paynovate’s innovative solutions. Your role will blend sales execution, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Sales & Account Growth

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
  • Identify and assess potential leads, qualifying their fit for our services through proactive outreach and discovery.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast opportunities accurately, ensuring consistent progress toward commercial targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely deal closure in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
  • Share market and client feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.

Client Management & Strategic Support

  • Act as a point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring long-term success and identifying opportunities to grow their usage of Paynovate solutions.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and support resolution of client issues or blockers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Represent Paynovate at industry events and client meetings across Europe to increase visibility and foster partnerships.

Is this you?

  • Has 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the payment or fintech industry.
  • Is passionate about building new business and naturally motivated by opening doors and winning trust.
  • Is an excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to confidently engage with decision-makers.
  • Builds strong, lasting relationships and knows how to navigate complex client organisations.
  • Brings a proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoys working in an international, fast-paced environment and has a strong sense of ownership.
  • Is fluent in English and native in French.
  • Is willing to travel across Europe for industry events and key client engagements.
