Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Reports To: VP of Marketing and Product Development
Primary duties will include:
Brand Experience Leadership
- Plan, manage, and track marketing projects including campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and digital initiatives from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product design, operations) and external vendors to ensure alignment, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee production schedules and coordinate the creation of marketing assets such as catalogs, brochures, packaging, email campaigns, signage, promotional items, web content, and social media posts.
- Support demand and lead generation by consistently analyzing metrics from campaigns and retarget engaged customers
- Support sales and the digital team with demand generation strategies and customer engagement
- Support logistics and marketing execution for educational trade shows and school-focused events.
- Implement and maintain project documentation and timelines using project management tools (Trello, Jira, Slack, HubSpot)
- Track project budgets, report on progress, and proactively resolve delays or resource gaps.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all customer-facing deliverables.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and asset production timelines
- Proficient in the use of HubSpot and other lead generation platforms (ZoomInfo, Deal source, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management software and marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in the education, commercial furniture, or B2B manufacturing sector is a plus
- Strong marketing skills for B2B strategies including ads, blog content, social media and market needs
Preferred education:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, High School Diploma required.
- We will consider additional experience in lieu of degree.
- The essential physical & environmental requirements of the position are:
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to hear sounds and differentiate between them.
- Ability to visually understand distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and have color vision.
