• Base Salary: $110,000-$115,000 + 20-25% annual bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Strategy: Design and execute innovative B2B marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

• Drive Demand: Launch targeted campaigns that generate high-quality leads and fuel revenue growth.

• Measure What Matters: Track KPIs like cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and marketing ROI—and optimize relentlessly.

• Create Content That Converts: Develop compelling, segment-specific content that positions Empire as the go-to partner.

• Own the Digital Space: Use SEO, PPC, email, and social media to drive engagement and conversions.

• Build Partnerships: Cultivate strategic alliances to expand reach and visibility.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales to align goals, support trade shows, and deliver impactful marketing materials.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.

• Proficiency in digital tools—Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo experience is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset and a love for data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• A creative, curious, and collaborative spirit.
