Hybrid eLending Solutions Associate bei All In Credit Union

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists members, potential members, and third-party partners in providing complex information, support, loan processing, loan onboarding, dispute resolution and service for all Credit Union products or services. 
• Building trusting relationships with members and third-party partners by delivering on our core values in every interaction.
• Must be able to convey information to members and third-party partners in a clear, concise, and compelling way that encourages positive outcomes.
• Prepares applications for credit to be reviewed by Centralized Underwriting and follows up to determine status.
• Reviews incoming funding document packages and requests from Indirect dealers and third-party partners, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reviews supporting documents and stipulations to ensure all requirements are received and meet Credit Union policies and guidelines.
• Post, disburse proceeds, and prepare proper documents pertinent to the necessary loan types.
• Ensures that loan files are accurate, complete, error free, and have been reviewed by the appropriate individuals.
• Ensure that all daily and month end reporting has been completed.
• Ensure all required due diligence is performed before opening new accounts.
• Maintains a professional work environment, business like appearance, and cohesive relationship with members, third party partners and all CU staff.
• Processes all transaction requests, such as payments, transfers, deposits, cash advances, outgoing wires, subordinations, withdrawals, and designated transactions with accuracy and in accordance with our policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Develops a deep understanding of the members financial needs and recommends applicable solutions to meet those needs.
• Set high standards of performance, quality, and accountability for oneself.
• Available to work outside normal hours occasionally.

What you bring to the team:

At least one year of similar or related experience.
