We are looking for a Sales Associate for our newly renovated HALO store on Passeig de Gràcia (Barcelona), the largest HUGO BOSS store in Europe.
Join this new and exciting experience!
- 36 hours per week.
- 6 days a week, 6 hours per day.
- Rotating shifts scheduled in advance.
- Experience in premium or luxury retail.
- Personalized service and excellent customer care.
- Immediate incorporation.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve the store's sales targets and individual KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related inquiries.
- Be able to answer questions regarding the price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS products.
- Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
- Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- Proven experience in retail sales 1-3 years and tailoring within a luxury brand environment.
- Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
- Always presents a professional image.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Professionalism maintained in all circumstances.
- Fluent in English. B2 First Certificate.
