The IT Asset Manager supports Agency efforts to manage and modernize its management of IT hardware, software licenses and services. The analyst will help develop and operate a comprehensive and regularly updated IT asset inventory, including hardware and software, with automated discovery and auditing capabilities. The analyst will help deliver an integrated IT asset management framework aligned with COBIT and ISO 38500, including a risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate IT asset-related risks. This framework will be integrated with existing IT governance processes and utilize performance metrics and dashboards based on Technology Business Management and Agency rationalization criteria. Develops business insights using predictive statistical modeling activities. The ideal candidate will have completed training or education in IT asset management (ideally, the candidate will have a certification (e.g. Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or equivalent), hardware and software asset management, process analysis, policy and standard operating procedure development, and asset management and tracking.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with IT asset management
- Experience utilizing performance metrics and dashboards based on Technology Business Management (TBM)
- Experience with COBIT and ISO38500
- Ability to travel OCONUS as needed

Eligibility Requirements:
- The role requires an active national security clearance
- Domicile within commuting distance of the client site outside of St Louis

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
