MAJOR FUNCTION:
Non-licensed staff member who, under the direction of a Short-Term Care manager provides emotional support to patients eighteen and older. Develops and implements psychosocial group activities. Documents both group and individual patient interventions and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- BA in human services or related field from an accredited college or university required.
- Previous experience with adults preferred.
- Previous experience with mental health preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- Welle Training to be completed within 100 days of hire.
