Where Children Are…
Artists | Critical Thinkers | Readers | Writers | Smart | Explorers

At PCD, we believe that early childhood is a sacred, foundational time. That’s why our classrooms are filled with creative, hands-on, Christ-centered learning. Whether it’s a child painting their imagination on paper or taking a nature walk to explore God’s creation, we nurture the whole child spiritually, socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

Our children are:

  • Artists – Art is about the process, not just the product. Our crafts may not be “picture perfect,” but they’re full of imagination and growth.

  • Critical Thinkers – We ask open-ended questions to spark curiosity and develop thoughtful learners.

  • Readers – We read daily and use The Letter People curriculum to build strong literacy foundations.

  • Writers – With Handwriting Without Tears, we support fine motor development and pre-writing skills.

  • Smart – We nurture problem-solving, wonder, and intelligence in every area.

  • Explorers – Outdoor learning, scavenger hunts, and natural discovery are part of our rhythm.
