Hybrid Telluride Sports Tune Shop Service Technician bei Telluride Ski & Golf

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily tune shop operations, while coordinating with other departments on tune-repair needs
• Maintain up to date product knowledge and binding certifications to provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition
• Maintain the main line of communication between the stores and tune shop
• Know and enforce safety initiatives consistent with company guidelines.
• Supports Telluride Ski & Golf sustainability initiatives.
• Adheres to Telluride Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
• Proficient in POS operations
• Other duties as assigned, including specialty areas like retail and rentals
• Willingness to support other departments in the Retail / Rental division.       
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards                                          
• Other duties as assigned
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:

• Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski tunes, maintenance or repairs. 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends              
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service                                                                
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods                                                                                                 
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

Expected Pay Range $20 to $23 per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on experience and variety of factors.
