YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will facilitate the full-cycle of donation processing, including ensuring gifts are processed timely and accurately.
- You will provide excellent customer service and stewardship to donors reaching out to our donor hotline.
- You will partner with other departments to provide effective stewardship with donors and to ensure that financial controls are being followed.
- You will assist with the month-end and year-end processes and other reporting requirements as needed.
- You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- You have a high School Diploma or GED.
- A proficiency in Excel is required and experience with other Microsoft products is preferred.
- Previous experience in cash handling and/or financial transactions is strongly preferred.
- You have excellent customer service skills.
- You have a proactive attitude, taking initiative, thinking critically, and problem solving.
- You have the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues across the Mission.
- You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
