Position Requirements: The primary purpose of this role is to provide executive-level administrative and project support to the Creative Experience Pastor. This includes managing scheduling, communication, and logistics, as well as coordinating projects, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration across departments. The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in helping bring clarity, focus, and efficiency to the Creative Experience Pastor’s workflow so they can lead with vision and strategy.

HAND (Responsibilities + Duties):
- Manage the Creative Experience Pastor’s calendar, appointments, and schedule
- Oversee meeting logistics and preparation including agendas, notes, follow-ups, and presentations
- Coordinate across Creative Experience departments to track and help manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Organize and maintain creative content files, resources, and planning documents
- Assist with preparation for Sunday services, events, and major creative initiatives
- Help manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the Creative Experience Pastor and guest creatives
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with staff, contractors, and ministry partners
- Participate in weekend experiences and events as needed to support the Creative Experience Pastor
- Uphold excellence in execution by following up on action items and anticipating needs
- Anticipate the needs of the Creative Experience Pastor by proactively managing priorities, preparing materials, and identifying potential gaps before they arise
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking progress on key projects and ensuring timely follow-up with responsible parties
- Act as a liaison between the Creative Experience Pastor and internal teams, fostering clear communication, alignment, and relational trust
- Help manage the rhythm of the creative department (team meetings, offsites, strategy reviews, etc.), including planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Coordinate team care and building efforts helping foster a culture of honor, encouragement, and excellence within the Creative Experience team
- Organize and maintain strategic documents, SOPs, playbooks, and timelines across multiple initiatives and seasonal campaigns
- All other duties as assigned
HEAD (Knowledge + Training):
- REQUIRED: Minimum three years of experience as a senior-level administrative assistant
- Must possess efficient, caring, and discerning communication skills
- Possesses a helpful, cheerful, diplomatic, and caring servant attitude to all
- Be a self-starter, have strong organizational skills, and be able to prioritize and multitask, while using good time management in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains confidentiality in all situations
- Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
