For the upcoming 2025/2026 winter season, we are looking for you as a night chef at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie level.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent work at night
- Daily mise en place for breakfast
- Support for the breakfast team
- Responsibility for the 24-hour room service menu between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Compliance with quality standards in the kitchen area
- Compliance with specified recipes
- Joint responsibility for proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in a high-end 5-star restaurant.
- Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness.
- Structured and organised way of working.
- Keen interest in team-oriented work
- You enjoy working at night.
- Very good German and English skills.
