Are you a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Worker ready to join a dynamic team? This role seeks a reliable individual to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operating smoothly. This is a full-time time position during night time hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms at the end of the night.
- Handling minor plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing lightbulbs.
- Assisting with grounds maintenance, including pressure washing, window cleaning.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reporting on work completed and issues requiring attention.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, and climbing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED (or equivalent, reading, writing, reasoning and computer skills)
- Previous maintenance experience in production facility (brewery preferred)

- Ability to work efficient and accurately in nosy environments
- Ability to work at a fast pace, in high pressure situations, while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work unsupervised, independently, and with others
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
