We’re growing fast and need a high-performing, relationship-focused Industrial Sales Account Manager to help us continue our upward momentum.
This is a full-time, inside sales role based in Kenosha, WI with occasional travel for client site visits in the Chicago area. its in the Chicago area.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email
- Recommend solutions and close deals across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
- Conduct occasional in-person site visits (Chicago area) to assess needs
- Prepare custom quotes, including technical specs and customer-specific drawings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience with a successful track record
- Comfortable selling technical, customizable products (math/measuring skills are a must)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent relevant experience
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel (Chicago area)
