· Check in all employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
· Ensure all visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers sign in on the sign-in sheet.
· Scan IDs and provide temporary badges to visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers.
· Maintain all hard copy and digital logs of scanned IDs, sign-in sheets, and all facility logs.
· Provide general support to visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers.
· Review surveillance video of events and create/maintain event logs from all security systems.
· Create new badge access cards for new employees, visitors, and vendors.
· Alert management for required support on all security systems—skyline cameras, Strat security/fire alarms, and internet connectivity.
· Coordinate delivery schedules and outgoing office shipments with management.
· Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
· Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
· Immediately inform Management of any system discrepancies.
· Document all activity using company’s track and trace system.
· Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity.
· Check in and check out all van keys for drivers.
· Work closely with management to schedule weekly armored vehicle pickups for cash deposits from order fulfillment or dispensary operations.
· Ensure door is locked during any time cash is out.
· Accept cash from all delivery drivers on every delivery and store in safe; applicable to Dispensary only.
· Expected to be to work all scheduled workdays, during scheduled hours and report to work on time.
You’d be a perfect fit if you:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in security or similar role.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a safety or security professional, law enforcement or military experience preferred.
· Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation.
· Experience with complex problem solving and being detail oriented.
· Proactive in auditing security issues. Knowledge of security equipment and devices and the operation thereof.
· Willing and able to work non-standard work schedules when necessary due to business needs.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite.
· Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment.
· Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
· Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent.
· Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
