Our Story: We are a physician and engineer from Yale and MIT, respectively. We founded theMednet after our father, also a physician, was diagnosed with cancer and we realized how difficult it was to know what to do when the answers are not found in textbooks, guidelines, or papers, but rather trapped in the heads of experts. We created theMednet to document expert knowledge and give physicians everywhere access to that knowledge.
Our Mission: Help physicians access expert knowledge to improve patient outcomes. theMednet is the first ever platform that delivers large-scale peer-to-peer education to community physicians with actionable insights back to pharma in one single offering. theMednet was started in 2014 and includes over 37,000 physicians in oncology, rheumatology, neurology, dermatology, pulmonology, cardiology, and nephrology with more coming soon. theMednet was featured in Inc. WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a contract recruiter to help us scale our GTM team — with a focus on strategic client-facing roles
You’ll work closely with the CEO and other leadership to:
Lead full-cycle recruitment
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, source candidates, and close hires
Build strong pipelines using both outbound and inbound channels
Improve hiring workflows and refine our ATS (we use Ashby)
Drive fast, efficient hiring while maintaining a high candidate bar
WHAT YOU BRING
Have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Have hired for GTM roles, ideally with pharma/life sciences or tech experience
Hands-on, fast-moving, and thoughtful
Know how to write great outreach and can represent a small but mission-driven company with polish and credibility
Have worked with Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar tools
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in tech, start ups, or Life Sciences Consulting
Hiring Sales, Business Development, and Client Solutions/Engagement professionals with expertise in the pharma industry
Experience hiring in-house at RWE/RWD focused companies
