Job Summary:

The Level I Sew Shop Technician will be responsible for entry level duties. The Level II Sew Shop Technician is proficient in all Level I Technician duties and performs higher level responsibilities. The Level III Sew Shop Technician is proficient in all Level I and Level II Technician duties and performs higher level responsibilities in the Sew Shop as detailed below.

Essential Functions:

Level I

· Wraps and bands completed synthetic slings.

· Supports the operator of the auto cutter in cutting, folding, and marking slings.

· Provides miscellaneous support for processing slings through the production line.

· Attaches tags onto synthetic and ENR slings.

· Sews towing products with oversight.

· Performs miscellaneous duties including garbage and cardboard shredding.

· Delivers Customer orders locally.

· Follows all health/safety rules and best practices.

· Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

· Locks all exterior doors at the end of the day.

· Plugs in forklifts for charging.

· Performs all transactions in Sage or on wireless devices related to material Picking, Staging, and Transferring.

· Navigates through time clock system to punch in and out daily and request time off.
