Responsibilities
- Greet Customers with a warm and welcoming smile
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Document parking location on key tags for inventory of service vehicles
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
- May drive shuttle van to shuttle customers to and from home or work
- May perform "Pickup and/or Delivery of vehicles to and from customer's home or work
- Perform quick test of batteries and wheel alignments using quick check equipment in service lane
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
