We are hiring PAINT PREP TECHNICIANS to join our paint department immediately. As a prepper, you will get customer vehicles sanded, primed and masked for paint. You will work independently and with a team in an effort to keep the painters loaded-up and spraying. We are committed to doing the job right and delivering quality paint jobs. • Reliable

• Work experience in related field

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and assemble vehicles as needed
• Move and setup vehicles and equipment for blasting & painting
• Use hand and power tools to sand, prime and block
• Mask adjacent panels
• Wiping down and preparing for paint application
• Physical ability to work at a variety of heights and positions
• Read and understand work orders
• Wash vehicles and perform light detailing
