Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time, fully licensed LPC or LCSW to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, clinically driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This hybrid role includes three in-person days at our Pennsylvania office and two days of telehealth. After-hours availability is required, including at least two evenings per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to a diverse client population
- Maintain a consistent caseload with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions
- Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and ethical guidelines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- Current and active PA license (LPC or LCSW) required
- Dual licensure in NJ strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain NJ licensure
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
- Comfortable working evening hours as part of weekly schedule
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to client care
