Position Summary/Objective:

The role of the Warehouse Associate is to provide shipping & receiving, picking & pulling, QC, and Data Entry within the Southern Staircase Warehouse.

Essential Functions:

· Perform shipping, receiving and material storage tasks

· Data entry in ERP system

· Ability to learn to comply with Company Standard Processes

· Receiving QC

· Final QC

· Follow up on deficiencies.

· Complete paperwork per company standards daily

· Receiving documents, Shipping Documents

· Maintain a neat, organized warehouse.

· Accurately complete warehouse paperwork as required.

· Teamwork

· Comply with customer policies and safety requirements.

· Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

 Job Competencies:

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work well with others in a small team environment.

· Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

· Strong service mentality

Qualifications:

· At least five years’ experience in a warehouse role.

· Intermediate computer skills

· Able to complete warehouse paperwork accurately and neatly.

· Ability to learn to accurately QC check and document order fulfillment.

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time. 

· Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.

· Prolonged periods of standing, stretching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling required.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position. Warehouse environment.

Travel:

Some travel may be required for this position (<5%)
