Customer Service Representative:
Atlantic Fuels is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are an expanding fuel delivery company based in Rye, NH with a loyal customer base in Seacoast New Hampshire, and southern Maine.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy at all times.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate team member.
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date account data.
- Process and manage customer tickets efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
- Complete collection calls and follow-ups on past-due accounts with professionalism and persistence.
- Support general office operations and assist with projects as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a customer service, administrative, or office support role
- Experience with billing or collections is preferred
- Experience in the fuel, energy, or service industry is a plus
- Experience with Blue Cow Ignite software strongly preferred
