Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced and dynamic Analysis PDP Facilitator to support mission-critical training efforts in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and delivery of comprehensive training curricula focused on all-source intelligence analysis in accordance with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards. This position reports to the training program lead and operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, instruct, and update courses covering a range of learning levels from introductory to expert
- Deliver instruction on analytic tradecraft standards such as ICD 203, writing for release, critical thinking, and structured analysis
- Provide training on analytic methods including competing hypotheses, argument evaluation, simulation and modeling, and alternative analysis (Red Teaming)
- Develop and deliver instruction across a wide range of intelligence disciplines, including strategic, regional, and counterintelligence analysis
- Assess foreign military capabilities, DIME/PMESII frameworks, and transnational threats
- Integrate specialized subject-matter areas including CT, Threat Finance, MILCAP/OOB, CP/WMD, POL-MIL, GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, and I&W
- Utilize tools and systems such as High Point in support of finished intelligence production
- Serve as adjunct faculty supporting the DIA PACE program and maintain DISAP certification
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Counterintelligence Polygraph Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis within the DoD and IC
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing and delivering training curricula
- Instructional experience covering ICD 203, analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, writing for release, and structured analysis techniques
- Prior DISAP certification and experience as adjunct faculty in the DIA PACE program
- 15+ years of DoD or military experience, including operational or strategic assignments in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility
- Expertise in multiple specialized analysis topics
- 10+ years of experience teaching in DoD schools with focus on Pacific threats, INDOPACOM JIOC/JDET methodologies, and production processes
- Certified curriculum developer and current DIA Certified Instructor
- Experience with DIA LMS administration
