Hybrid Maintenance Coordinator bei None

Functional Responsibilities include but are NOT limited to:

• Effectively work with other associates in the department to promote team spirit.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions by Supervisor.
• Work with Maintenance Superintendent to develop, organize and maintain parts inventory system.
• Order repair parts and supplies for Maintenance Department.
• Maintain material release log for materials and or items that are shipped out for repair or are received in.
• Create and maintain a weekly budget log for received items and items to be received for the month.
• Must be able to work without direct supervision.
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be able to work with vendors and find resources necessary to order parts and supplied needed for daily operation
• Must have a good computer skills and ability to create spreadsheets and enter data associated with parts inventory and budget.
• Perform other duties related to job assigned by Supervisor.

• Appropriate and applicable hand tools
• Equipment includes: Computer 

• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Hazards are those normally associated with a plant position and include: noise levels above 85 decibels, warm building temperature during mid-summer months.
• Personal and product safety requirements for the plant include: hearing protection, safety glasses and safety shoes.
• Maintenance Ship inventory system including mezzanine area above the ship, mezzanine area about the front office and all maintenance spare parts and supplies stored in the shop. 

• On the plant manufacturing floor. 

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or G.E.D

Skills

• Must be able to communicate in an effective and respectful manner. 
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. 
• Ability to read, write and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Good basic math and spelling skills.
