As Sourcing Manager, your mission will be to develop and maintain a world-class, sustainable, transparent, and agile supply chain that delivers cost-competitive and quality-assured products. You will support the General Manager and the management team in strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, and the development and execution of a vision aligned with the company’s goals of increased productivity, growth, and profitability. You will also build supplier relationships, purchasing excellence, and cost management as key pillars of the organization. This is how you contribute to the sustainable development of our Factory in Brazil.

 

You will:

  • Establish comprehensive quality standards that consistently monitor and improve product quality, reducing defects and increasing overall reliability;
  • Implement, deploy, and maximize the use of best-in-class applications within your organization to improve standardization in ways of working and enhance team efficiency;
  • Facilitate contact between Factories at all levels of the sourcing organization to improve knowledge and information sharing and stay aligned with common suppliers and strategic commodities;
  • Develop a diversified supplier base to mitigate risks, implement real-time inventory monitoring systems, and ensure all cost components are transparent and effectively managed;
  • Localize imported components through local suppliers with competitive costs, maintaining the same quality level, shorter lead times, and greater cost competitiveness;
  • Implement continuous learning initiatives that enhance employee skills, foster leadership development, and support career progression, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive;
  • Promote ESG assessment tools to regularly evaluate and improve the sustainability performance of suppliers and operations.

To succeed, you will need

  • Previous experience as a Manager and/or at least 3 years of experience as a Coordinator;
  • Advanced or Fluent English level

Job location

Hybrid
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to organize your week with both remote and on-site work at Product Company.

 

Location

The role is based in Alphaville – Barueri/SP, with a planned relocation to Sorocaba/SP in 2027.
