Job Description
POSITION TITLE: International Tax Senior/Tax Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Vice President of U.S. Tax Compliance and Reporting, this role will be responsible for all aspects of the U.S. international tax calculations for Guess's U.S. tax return and financial statement reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage and prepare the U.S. international tax compliance and reporting processes, including the calculation of GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, 163(j), BEAT and foreign tax credits Prepare U.S. international tax compliance forms, including Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865, FBAR and various other U.S. international tax forms and U.S. income tax disclosures Manage the preparation of the U.S. international tax workpapers, ensuring that workpapers are accurate and organized in preparation for tax audits
Prepare U.S. federal amended income tax returns Manage and prepare US country by country reporting including review and working with accounting on inter-company transactions. Manage transfer pricing policies and compliance.
Prepare/review tax provision for subsidiaries and foreign branches Manage financial statements reports that are used for tax compliance.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

Salary Minimum
$130,000.00

Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS? The Guess?, Inc. Finance department is seeking a curious individual to join their essential team. The department’s responsibilities include traditional financial duties such as accounting, planning and analysis, and shareholder outreach alongside partnering with the executive team to define our organization’s capital allocation strategy. The department also manages budgeting, forecasting, and planning for an international team spanning Europe and Asia, supporting a diversified business model across channels, products and geographies.
