Hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist bei Resulting Ltd

What will your day look like?

• You’ll partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and define job descriptions
• You’ll develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and events
• You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer management
• You’ll provide the best possible candidate experience by engaging with people in a pro-active manner
• You’ll build talent pipelines across Resulting
• You’ll manage external agency relationships
• You’ll represent Resulting at events and university open days
• You’ll maintain recruitment data and report on key metrics

We’d love you to have some or all of the following

• Previous experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, either internal or agency.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A positive and solutions-focused attitude
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

Ideally you’ll also have

• An inquisitive nature and the appetite to learn new skills and technologies to drive efficiency
• A desire to learn and progress quickly
• Previous experience in a consultancy environment would be great, but not essential
