HOURS:   Full-time Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm 

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, responsible team player with a can-do mentality to join our Warehouse team. The Hybrid Warehouse Associate will be located on-site in Ronkonkoma, Long Island. This person will also assist with Non-CDL Box truck deliveries as needed and will require a clean driving record.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare orders and check for accuracy
• Load/unload trucks
• May assist with driving van for local non-HAZMAT deliveries
• Inventory – physical count, organize and maintain stock, inspect condition and quality, move and replenish as necessary, notify Purchasing of low stock items
• Help customers with loading products
• Keep aisles clear of stock and debris
• Sweep warehouse floors daily and as needed
• Report any unsafe conditions to the Warehouse Manager
• Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner and report any unsafe conditions to the Warehouse Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift certified
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs
• 2 years of warehouse experience a plus
• Basic reading and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the team
• Strong commitment to the Team Horner Value System

Education & Training:

• High School Diploma or GED required
