Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Guest Services Director by driving a personalized guest and teammate centric & experience culture, reducing friction points and mitigating negative surprises.
- Ensures utilization of Princess MedallionClass products, services and applications to drive engagement in delivering a guest and teammates centric experience.
- Listens to guest concerns with empathy and always demonstrates genuine interest.
- Promptly responds to guest requests and concerns and takes appropriate follow-up action
- Maintains a high level of knowledge of OceanMedallion and the MedallionClass Vacation experience.
- Fully embraces the Service Excellence platform and philosophy.
- Stays updated on changes and improvements to the MedallionClass Vacation experience.
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes; learns and applies new skills to improve the quality and efficiency of day-to-day activities.
- Reports directly to the Guest Services Director.
- Applies knowledge of guest service, company products, and policies and procedures to resolve Guest concerns.
- All duties must be completed following the company Core Values and all aspects of the Service Essentials program.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Demonstrated ability to speak effectively before large groups of people
- Strong microphone skills
- Command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Two years of experience in a hotel or resort guest-facing role preferred
- Proven leadership skills required
- Demonstration of OCEAN knowledge
- Proficiency in the use of computer-based programs
