We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Service Representative to join our Clifton, NJ team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Dempsey, delivering clean rental products and picking up soiled items along a designated route. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients by ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly service.

Full-time, 1st shift schedule – No nights

Monday through Friday – Consistent daytime hours with rotational Saturday mornings

A supportive and team-oriented work culture

Safely operate a company vehicle to complete daily delivery and pick-up routes

Load, unload, and account for rental products at customer locations

Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, courteous service

Address any customer concerns or issues and communicate them to the appropriate team

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns
