Maintenance Technician for Latham Pool Products will be responsible for the maintaining all equipment used in manufacturing product; execution of various EH&S plans; training staff and keeping other Maintenance Technicians actively scheduled and engaged in their work.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
Degree / Certification in technical field is a plus but not required.
Minimum of 5 – 10 years maintenance or related-industry experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Ability to work Overtime, Weekends, and Nights.
Able to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
Ability to safely use a multi-meter to trouble shoot electrical systems.
Familiar with personal computers.
Requires experience in mechanical installation and maintenance work on plant electrical systems and equipment.
The ability to work in a team environment, including being self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, and participating proactively in all team events.

A little about the position:
Job Summary:
Maintenance Technician for Latham Pool Products will be responsible for the maintaining all equipment used in manufacturing product; execution of various EH&S plans; training staff and keeping other Maintenance Technicians actively scheduled and engaged in their work.
Some of What You Will Do:
- Trouble shoot/repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems.
- Work in conjunction with Engineering staff
- Build a maintenance culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Plans and overseas all repair and installation activities with Engineering staff.
- Monitors equipment inventory and places orders when necessary.
- Monitors expense for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Tracks preventative maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.
- Ensure health and safety policies are being followed with equipment repair and maintenance activities.
- Schedules and coordinates all upgrades/repairs associated with all production line equipment.
- Participate in Safety and CI programs.
- Basic handyman tasks as it relates to internal building infrastructure projects and improvements
