Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC systems across multiple clinic locations.

  • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative care to ensure efficient system performance.

  • Support general facility upkeep, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.

  • Assist with renovation and facility improvement projects to maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • EPA Certification or equivalent HVAC certification.

  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Ability to work independently and travel between clinic locations.
