Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed-eating, edging, trimming, and pruning of trees and shrubs.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of tools and equipment used in groundskeeping.
- Daily janitorial tasks such as mopping, bathroom cleaning, office cleaning, etc.
- Ensure that walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas are clean and free from debris.
- Remove litter and fallen leaves from the grounds.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute landscaping projects.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and practices at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
*A valid driver's license is required.
