Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences and love the thrill of theatre? The Seattle Children's Theatre (SCT) is seeking a friendly and organized Patron Services Representative to support our front-of-house operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our young audiences and their families have a welcoming and memorable time, whether in our lobby, concessions, or gift shop.
About the Role:
The Patron Services Representative will support and facilitate theatre operations, Concessions, and Gift Shop before, during, and immediately after performances. In addition, the Patron Services Representative will ensure the public spaces are safe and clean, promising a unique, welcoming and inclusive experience for SCT patrons.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome & Support Patrons: Work alongside our Front of House Manager to manage public spaces, ensuring they’re safe, clean, and inviting.
- Gift Shop & Concessions: Lead sales operations, manage cash balances, and keep the areas looking great!
- Special Events & Parties: Help create magical birthday experiences by setting up, supporting families, and assisting with other events.
- House Management Support: Deliver pre- and post-show announcements, collaborate with our amazing volunteers, and complete performance reports.
Who We’re Looking For:
If you have a year of customer service experience (especially in the arts), love engaging with the public, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you! We’re looking for someone with strong communication and teamwork skills who’s comfortable working nights and weekends.
