What You Bring
- Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, criminal justice, or education
- Minimum of 2 years direct crisis service delivery experience
- Robust knowledge of Pennsylvania crisis services and involuntary commitment procedures
- Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive to different locations within Bucks County
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
Your Role
- Oversee and coordinate Lenape Valley Foundation’s Crisis Services quality assurance initiatives
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly data trends
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Support crisis workers with clinical and administrative needs
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of clinical quality assurance systems
- Assist in EHR service/report development and conduct monthly clinical chart audits
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff
- Supervise the Crisis Administrative Assistant
- Support state, county, and Magellan Behavioral Health Audits
- Share supervisor on-call responsibilities with other Crisis Program Supervisors
