Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to manage the complete client engagement lifecycle for TransLution's manufacturing automation solutions across North America. This role combines business analysis, project management, and client relationship management, serving as the primary point of contact from initial requirements gathering through successful go-live. The ideal candidate will excel at translating business needs into technical specifications, coordinating with internal development teams, and ensuring seamless solution delivery to clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Conduct client site visits and facilitate workshops to document manufacturing processes and business requirements
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) translating operational needs into technical deliverables
• Design solution approaches that integrate TransLution™ platform with existing ERP systems
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and optimal implementation approach

Project Management & Quality Assurance

• Coordinate project delivery from requirements sign-off through go-live completion
• Test configured solutions against business requirements to ensure specification compliance
• Manage defect resolution and change requests in collaboration with technical teams
• Maintain project timelines, client communications, and delivery milestones

Client Delivery & Go-Live Management

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with client stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training programs for super users and key personnel
• Provide on-site go-live support with remote technical team backup
• Manage client expectations and communications throughout the implementation process

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, or manufacturing consulting
• Proven experience writing Business Requirements Specifications and managing client requirements
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including work orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, and inventory management
• Experience with SQL Server-based ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central, SYSPRO, Sage, Epicor, Acumatica)
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver client training
• Strong project coordination skills with experience managing technical delivery teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences
• Comfort working with SQL for testing and validation purposes (not development)
• Willingness to travel 30-40% across North America

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or supply chain background
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
• Experience with shop floor automation, MES systems, or warehouse management solutions
• Previous consulting or client-facing implementation roles
• Business analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA)
• Experience managing software testing and quality assurance processes
