Support Analyst
Job Summary
It is the responsibility of the Support Analyst to provide on-campus Tier 1 technical support for the FNU community (faculty, staff, students, preceptors, etc.)
Supervisor Responsibility
This position has no direct managerial responsibility of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc
Provide phone, email, and chat support for the FNU community (faculty, staff, students, preceptors, etc.) by creating and escalating support tickets and document work via FNU ticketing system
Provide support during on campus events (Frontier Bound, Clinical Bound, Commencement, etc.)
Resolve user account and access issues
Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for campus computer equipment
Provide service to the University through activities such as involvement in FNU shared governance (e.g. committees, workgroups), FNU sponsored activities (e.g. charity drives, community-outreach activities), and/or service to the profession (e.g. presentations, profession organization committee work).

Required Skills/Abilities
Good troubleshooting skills
Education and Experience
Associate’s Degree in related field preferred
Previous experience with computer desktop support preferred
Experience with Google apps and MS Office products
Physical Requirements:
Should include any physical requirements, such as standing/sitting for long periods of time, ability to lift 40+ pounds, etc.
Reporting Relationship
Reports directly to the IT Support Services Manager
Will maintain regular office hours to actively coordinate with staff and faculty
