Are you a creative, results-driven recruiter with a passion for healthcare talent? At VNS Health, we're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us hire top-tier clinical and rehab professionals — including Registered Nurses, LPNs, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers to build strategic recruitment plans, source passive talent, and move quickly to fill critical roles that directly impact patient care across New York.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent in nursing and rehab disciplines.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: posting jobs, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and tailor recruiting approaches accordingly.
- Represent VNS Health at job fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain compliance with all pre- and post-employment processes and organizational standards.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent work experience required
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in healthcare or high-volume clinical hiring environments.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Ability to think creatively, move quickly, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting for licensed clinicians such as RNs, LPNs, PTs, and OTs strongly preferred.
- Must be available to work onsite at our NYC office two days per week.
