Salary: $60,000–$85,000/year (DOE & Licensure)
On-Call Stipend: Additional $15,000–$20,000 annually
Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Crisis Clinician to join our team. This dynamic position includes a dual focus:
Crisis Services: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide emergency mental health assessments, crisis stabilization, and de-escalation.
Outpatient Therapy: Carry a half-time caseload providing individual and/or group therapy, supporting clients in achieving long-term recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct mental health and substance use assessments (routine and emergent)
Deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy to individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders
Respond to behavioral health crises in community and hospital settings
Coordinate care across teams and community providers
Participate in the after-hours crisis rotation
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Attend team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing trainings
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Licensure in Alaska (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility within 6 months preferred
Minimum two years of clinical experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment
Experience with crisis intervention or emergency services strongly preferred
Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and effective during high-pressure situations
