About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This role provides key support in benefits administration, payroll processing, 401(k) plan coordination, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to providing excellent service to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison for employee benefits and respond to benefit-related inquiries
  • Process payroll accurately and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Administer 401(k) enrollments, changes, and compliance tasks
  • Maintain confidential and compliant employee personnel files
  • Support onboarding, audits, and general HR administrative tasks


Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of HR administrative experience
  • Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and discretion with sensitive information
