What You’ll Do
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a Family Medicine outpatient setting
Assist with patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical procedures
Support patient assessments and treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
What You’ll Need
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current New York State LPN license (or eligibility)
BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
