Your Role: As a Pathfinder Operator, you’ll play a key role in cutting materials with precision and speed. Your expertise will help ensure consistent, high-quality parts for our sewing and assembly departments.

What You’ll Do

• Operate the Automated Fabric Cutting Pathfinder, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient cutting of materials
• Load fabric rolls onto the cutting table and align materials for optimal layout and minimal waste
• Review cutting files and programs based on production schedules and part requirements
• Monitor the machine during operation and perform regular quality checks on cut pieces
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the cutter (e.g., blade checks, calibration, alignment)
• Organize and label cut parts for delivery to the sewing or upholstery teams
• Maintain a clean, organized cutting area and follow safety protocols
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating automated or CNC cutting equipment preferred (Pathfinder experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret patterns or digital cut files
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort with machine interface screens
• Ability to lift and handle large fabric rolls (up to 50 lbs)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training a plus
