Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver has been serving Northern Colorado since 1927. We serve tens of thousands of people each year in seven ministries: Marisol Services, Early Childhood Education, Shelter Services, Catholic Charities Housing, St. Raphael Counseling, Family, Kinship, and Senior Services, and Parish & Community Engagement.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

  •  Planning and coordination of the following programs: Citizenship preparation classes at Centro San Juan Diego/Online, Financial Literacy classes at Centro San Juan Diego/Online, and Computer Literacy & Computer for Seniors at Centro San Juan Diego.
  • Securing program resources; registrations, collecting fees and keeping track of payments, preparation of class materials, classroom and online logistics, supervision of volunteers and instructors.
  • Shadows classes online.
  • Assist in the hiring and selection of instructors & volunteers.
  • Provides basic technical support to instructors and students to help them connect to classes and access attendance sheets, exams, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates evaluation of programs and propose changes to continuously improve the quality of the programs offered.
  • Return and screen calls and provide referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain and produce adequate reporting of programs.
  • Compose, prepare, and distribute correspondence and other documents as instructed.
  • Prepare and maintain files and records.
  • Attend program and staff meetings and maintains correspondence and files as required.
  • Meet with the Program Manager on a regular basis.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Assist with other activities as needed by the Centro San Juan Diego team.

  • Choice of 3 PPO Medical Plans (90% of employee's and 75% of dependent’s premiums is paid by Agency), Dental, & Vision starting the 1st day of the month following start date.

**Part-time employees (20-29 hours per week) also receive paid annual leave, company paid holidays, and 403b retirement plan with agency contribution and match.
