Position: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Remote in Austria with occasional travel to Germany

Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze complex business processes, provide system solutions, and document customer requirements for ECC to S/4 HANA migration.
• Process Design: Plan and design processes related to sales and operational planning, material requirement planning, demand management, and production execution.
• Problem Solving: Identify system and process gaps, propose workarounds, and troubleshoot issues as a key client liaison.
• Documentation: Document functional designs, test cases, and results, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Process Optimization: Proactively recommend business process or system enhancements to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English for effective communication.
• Experience: 2-3 complex full lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally using the SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in PP/PM environments with knowledge of sample management, stability studies, and statistical process control.
• Process Proficiency: Skilled in planning and executing processes like material requirement planning, capacity evaluation, and demand management.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.
