Are you a proactive IT professional seeking a hybrid role with regional support responsibilities? Join COVE Animal Health at our Middletown, CT headquarters, overseeing IT infrastructure across our veterinary hospital network in New England.

About the Role:
Support critical IT systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Maintain system availability, performance, and security. Travel regionally to partner facilities at least 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access, and VPN connectivity
• Apply system updates, patches, and passwords/security configurations
• Design and manage backups, disaster recovery strategies, and test recovery procedures
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and perform risk assessments
• Document system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams
• Provide support and training; serve as escalation point for complex issues
• Lead or assist on IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, deployments

 What We Offer:
• Salary of $90K–$100K
• Hybrid schedule — minimum 3 days onsite in Middletown
