Summary/Objective
The project coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, operation, and planning of programs and projects in the Quality Department. This role involves submitting applications, meeting deadlines, coordinating schedules, problem-solving, task delegation and coordination, developing budgets, and ensuring project success from beginning to end. The project manager should be good with people and organization. Leadership, multitasking, interpersonal, change-management, and problem-solving skills are core attributes of a great project manager.

Problem Solving: Solve problems that arise and bring in additional leadership, subject matter experts, and other resources to help solve problems as needed. Evaluate project performance and submit project reports, as appropriate, for various projects.
Communication: Ensure open lines of communication to facilitate meaningful work and feedback.

Requirements
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Associate degree or higher and/or experience in healthcare settings.
Licenses/Certifications
Preferred: PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar
If not possessed at time of hire, be willing to receive PMP or similar certification
