Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization? We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Administrative Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our Care Management and Children and Family programs. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful programs while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards that make a real difference in our community.

 

In this position, you will provide critical administrative leadership and support to senior management, ensuring seamless operations across multiple teams. From onboarding and training to data tracking and reporting, you will be at the heart of ensuring that our programs run smoothly and effectively. Your leadership will help guide our team of administrative professionals as they execute essential tasks, such as data entry, compliance documentation, and office coordination. Your collaborative spirit will make you a key partner to our management and staff across various departments, helping us stay on track and meet our program goals.

 

You'll also play a crucial role in emergency planning, reporting, and tracking key tasks, ensuring that all programs stay compliant with state and federal regulations. By overseeing and mentoring a dedicated team of administrative staff, you’ll ensure smooth workflows and create an environment where everyone is supported to succeed.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, supervise, and support administrative staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute administrative processes and workflows.
  • Handle vital tasks, such as data entry, training, scheduling, and creating reports.
  • Monitor and report on compliance for all program requirements, including emergency planning and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain professional relationships across teams and work collaboratively to accomplish program goals.

 

What You Bring:

  • At least three years of office experience, with one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A passion for supporting others in their work, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to different locations as needed.
