The Senior Manager, HNC Finance BP, i-Health provides end-to end brand financial management by ensuring budget accountability, delivering key financial insights, supporting strategic decisions and contributing to long-term brand health and profitability.
i-Health is a leading consumer packaged goods company dedicated serving unspoken & overlooked health issues, so that people can live life to their full potential. Major brands include Culturelle, Azo and Estroven.
Key Responsiblities:
- Monitor and interpret the consolidated OPEX, Variable Setting Expenses, Inventory, Accounts Receivable monthly actuals and provide explanation of variances to management.
- Lead monthly analysis of Sales and Gross Profit by delivering Price vs Volume insights.
- Lead budgeting & forecasting of Sales, OPEX, Variable Selling Expenses, and provide key insights and analysis to business management.
- Provide financial guidance and analytical support during annual Sales and Gross Profit budgeting process.
- Challenge the members of the management team regarding the execution of the financial decision-making process and challenge results.
- Identify financial operating risks and opportunities and develop contingency plans.
- Support month-end close to ensure accurate monthly financial results.
- Find and leverage synergies with i-Health business and finance operations.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. CMA, CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including brand or commercial finance, preferably in CPG, retail, or consumer healthcare sectors.
- Working knowledge of SAP and how all functions relate in order to be able to correctly analyze information to improve business.
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Power BI.
- Quantitative problem-solving skills and effective communication skills required.
- Ability to challenge and collaborate across functional areas and to work independently.
- Proven managerial, analytical, leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff and operating personnel in a multicultural environment.
- Independent worker that stays focused on objective; is detailed oriented but able to understand the overall business objective.
