Hybrid Global Lending Unit - Fund Financing - Structurer bei UBS

Do you have a good grasp of fund financing and loan products? Would you find working with some of UBS's most sophisticated clients exciting and challenging?

We’re looking for someone to join the Global Lending Unit - Fund Financing - Structuring team to:

• contribute to a team of experienced, international and enthusiastic professionals, tasked with the design and implementation of the full spectrum of fund financing products (Private Markets LP interest-backed, Hedge Fund unit-backed, commitment-backed, etc.), and solutions for Global Wealth Management & Investment Banking clients and prospects
• contribute to the growth of the book of business by driving trades to execution, increasing profitability and return on assets through the delivery of bespoke solutions
• stay alongside of legal and regulatory changes, the bank’s capital requirements, return hurdles, transaction types, and de-risking strategies
• assess new opportunities, forming a view on the relative risk/ reward proposition including broader benefits to UBS
• develop new and innovative solutions to support clients' investment strategies
• collaborate with and leverage other product specialists and stakeholders across Global Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Asset Management in conjunction with external professional service providers

As part of the Global Lending Unit - Fund Financing - Structuring team we are responsible for the design, execution, and lifecycle management of fund financing products and solutions for UBS Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Asset Management clients globally excluding the US.

• a degree in law, economics or finance
• ideally 5+ years of work experience in or around fund financing
• deep understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks and principles applicable to fund derivatives and fund financing
• experience in preparing/reviewing collateralized loan documentation
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• the ability to be an effective, collaborative, team player
• a strong desire and ability to drive trades to execution, managing internal stakeholders, clients, and external service providers
