Your role
- Develop detailed engineering for conveying technology systems;
- Analyze layouts and system parts, identifying faults and specific requirements;
- Identify and validate technical specifications;
- Design steelwork (maintenance platforms, crossovers, stairs, etc.);
- Deliver mechanical design documentation for customer approval;
- Coordinate building interfaces (space requirements, architectural clashes, accessibility, safety, etc.);
- Handle both internal and external clients;
- Create and manage installation documentation;
- Manage site problem reports and open points;
- Support installation and commissioning teams on-site when needed.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Strong skills in AutoCAD; knowledge of other software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit) is a plus;
- Strong language skills in English, both verbal and written (mandatory);
- Experience in steel structures and layout design;
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment safety standards (e.g., Machinery Directive);
- Team spirit, leadership skills, organizational capacity, and a proactive mindset;
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally for periods of up to 1 month per year;
- Availability to work across different time zones when required;
- Ability to work within an international environment
- Being located in or near the Lisbon Metropolitan Area is preferable;
